01 / A PERMANENT HOME

The acquisition
is the beginning.

Our ambition is simple: acquire exceptional businesses, invest in what makes them special, and own them indefinitely. With no planned exit timetable, we can focus on the decisions that make a business stronger over years and decades.

For owners, that means a thoughtful transition and a partner invested in the future of the company you built. For teams, it means support to keep getting better.

02 / HERE’S HOW WE GROW

Investing in
what you built.

A permanent home should bring more
than a change in ownership.

01 / OPERATING DEPTH

A support system
for your next chapter.

We intend to build a shared Growth Operations function around the needs of each business. Starting with direct involvement from both founders, we’ll bring in specialist support where it can make the greatest difference.

02 / APPLIED AI

Helping you win
in the AI era.

We start with real work and real customer needs. Our approach is to identify useful AI applications, test their value, and build the ones that help teams serve customers better and create room for growth.

  • Serve: faster responses and customer follow-up.
  • Operate: smarter scheduling and less administration.
  • Build: useful AI features and better operating insights.
03 / LOCAL LEADERSHIP

Keep what makes
your business yours.

Our intended model keeps decisions close to customers. We aim to preserve the strengths of local teams and work alongside management, with both D&P founders actively involved in operating the initial platform.

We’ll agree responsibilities and decision-making together, so support is clear and accountability stays close to the business.

04 / BETTER TOGETHER

Build independently.
Learn together.

As the group grows, we intend to connect its leaders so they can share ideas, solve problems together, and learn from one another’s experience.

Organic investment and complementary acquisitions can add capabilities, open new markets, and create a stronger platform for every business in the group.

OUR GROWTH MODEL

Acquire. Support. Keep building.

Our intended operating model. Support will develop with the needs of the businesses we acquire.

03 / SHARED OWNERSHIP

Your next chapter.
A shared upside.

Selling your business doesn’t have to mean leaving its future behind.

We are open to sellers rolling a portion of their equity into the combined business, so we can share in the value we build together. Your continued ownership, involvement, and transition can be shaped around your goals and the needs of the business.

Equity rollover is optional and subject to mutually agreed transaction terms.

A few questions,
answered.

Clear expectations make a better partnership.

Will you sell the business later?

We intend to own the businesses we acquire indefinitely. There is no planned exit timetable: our focus is on reinvesting and building lasting value.

What happens to my team and my role?

We aim to build on the strengths of the existing team. Both D&P founders intend to work alongside management in operating the initial platform. Your own role, the transition, and decision-making responsibilities will be agreed together for each transaction.

Can I retain a stake in the business?

Yes, we are open to equity rollover so sellers can participate in the future of the combined business. It is optional; the ownership percentage, rights, and structure would be agreed as part of the transaction.

What support would you bring?

We start with the founders’ operating, investing, and financial experience. We intend to build shared Growth Operations support across AI, talent, sales and marketing, payments, product, and finance as the group develops. Priorities and specialist resources will depend on each business’s needs.

How would an acquisition be financed?

We target 20–40% investor equity, with the balance financed through debt and seller financing. A seller note is preferred. Funding and final terms depend on diligence and the specific opportunity.
